Celebrating good health and the joy of life!

In our journey through life, our health is of paramount importance. Whether we are dealing with day-to-day minor health problems or facing unexpected challenges, good health is our constant companion. It is the quiet strength that enables us to wake up each morning, greet the sun, and embrace the possibilities of the day.

Good health isn’t just the absence of illness; it is a vibrant state of being. A healthy body nurtures a healthy mind, and vice versa. We often cherish things more when they are not available to us, and good health is no exception.

Last December, I experienced some severe post-surgical complications that required my confinement to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). It was a difficult time, and I am grateful to have survived, thanks to the excellent medical care and emotional support from my loved ones and close friends.

During my recovery, I received countless heartfelt “get well soon” messages from my colleagues and associates, which provided a nourishing and healing environment. I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me on my journey to recovery. As we all know, a speedy recovery isn’t just about healing the body; it’s more about uplifting the spirit!

As a token of appreciation, I organised a welcome reception on March 19, 2024, at the prestigious In&Out Naval Military Club, St James, London.

Once again, I was amazed by the meaningful presence of so many friends and supporters, including my colleagues, business partners, members of the UK Parliament, and the London Diplomatic Corps! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

At the reception, I raised a toast to the King and prayed for his health. So let’s celebrate good health, protect it fiercely, and extend our hands to those in need!

The reception was a great success due to the interesting conversations and exchange of ideas that took place throughout the night. I was delighted to speak with every guest and express my gratitude for their support, including the time they took out of their busy lives to be there.
